Starting from September 2020, Wormley Ladies Football Club has initiated the path for aspiring players, like yourself, who are keen to refine their skills and establish their unique legacy in women's football. Within a brief span of three years, we have grown from a solitary team, kickstarting with the girls section in 2020, which eventually led to the formation of the ladies senior section in 2022. Displaying a formidable performance, this section clinched the league victory in their debut season. From this one team, we've built up a vibrant, driven network of twelve distinct squads, fostering opportunities for players at all ages to enjoy football.

Pioneering a Legacy in Women's Football
Established in September 2020, Wormley Ladies Football Club has experienced an incredible journey from a single team to a vibrant network of twelve squads within just three years. The club was born out of the shared ambition of a group of dedicated U18 players and a team of enthusiastic girls, all united by their dream of making a mark in the Women's National Football League. We are committed to providing a straightforward and effective path to success in football for all our female athletes, helping them to consistently improve and perform at their best.

Our esteemed Vice Chair, Rachel Daltry, has been instrumental in driving this mission. Rachel's guidance has played a pivotal role in the growth of our girls' teams and the development of our players. One of our proudest moments was in the 2022/2023 season, when our ladies first team, brilliantly managed by Declan Murphy and his assistant Josh, remained unbeaten in the last ten games of the season, ultimately securing the championship title. This outstanding achievement is a clear reflection of the talent we nurture at Wormley Ladies and the excellent work of our management team.
Wormley Ladies is more than just a football club; it's a thriving, supportive community. The commitment, hard work, and love for the game shown by our young, talented team inspire others and strengthen the spirit of our club. Looking ahead, we're thrilled to welcome two new coaches, Dom and Pete, to our management team, bringing fresh insights and experience to support our continuous growth.
